Definisi Organisasi
Pengorganisasian merupakan proses penyusunan anggota dalam bentuk struktur organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan sumber daya yang dimiliki baik internal maupun eksternal.
Dua aspek utama dalam organisasi yaitu departementasi dan pembagian kerja yang merupakan dasar proses pengorganisasian.
James D. Mooney mengatakan " Organisasi yaitu bentuk setiap perserikatan manusia untuk mencapai tujuan bersama ".
Chester I. Barnard memberikan pengertian organisasi yaitu suatu sistem aktivitas kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh dua orang atau lebih.
